WAP Push

Hey everyone! Could someone please help me with WAP Push details?

A) What language (JAVA, ASP) does everyone generally use for their WAP Push and does everyone develope their WAP Push to a specific carrier or is it more in general?

B) Ive tried working with some ASP and SDK's and Ive found that it ends up working with some wireless networks whereas others seem to have difficulties receiving the WAP Push message. Could someone please comment?

I really appreciate any help! Any additional information or suggestions would be most appreciated!
