I have a nokia 6680 mobile device. There are no any problems in normal using of my mobile device. But, when I charge the battery then my mobile phone gives a message something like : "out of network" and I do not call anywhere for 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours, my phone behaves normaly.

This problem occurs just after charging.

What is the solution?
