Echo sample build problem

I built echo sample program on 9210 emulator. But icon is not appear
on emulator.

Builing of ECHOENG and EIKECHO success with no error message.
.app .ink .pdb .rsc files are created under z\system\apps\echoclientui
When I start 9210 emulator and go to Extra, I could not see echo sample's icon.

I success to build other sample like simpleviews.

I change the directory name echoclientui to EIKECHO, then I can see icon on the emulator. But I don't know the reason.
