Telephony Base Merger Conversion Activity
Project Description:
for augmentation of resources to perform the Telephony baseline conversion. This will include conversion from Geotel to
Genesys Routing (Target) Platform for the CMS, Fraud & Lending Ops business units
Required Skills:
Genesys strategy testing and troubleshooting, PBX VDN, Vector Programming experience, IVR interface experience, Call concentrator, IRD, CC Pulse, T server Experience
Other Skills:
Good communication and writing skills, good knowledge of the call center environment
Scope of Work:
Troubleshooting and testing complex routing strategies built in Genesys. Building appropriate test cases and testing/troubleshooting the Genesys environment
