3GPP standards for MMS Java APIs

Is it correct that ,if the java APIs from Nokia are according to 3GPP standards then they should work with any MMSC(even if the MMSC is not from Nokia) which works in accordance to 3GPP standards.

Hello!

3GPP specification for interfacing MMSC is not "frozen", MM7 is not being used to interface current MMSC of any vendor. MM7 might be the used standard for every MMSC vendor in the future.
