Problem Network Preferences 3rd Emu

Hello,

I can not set any network configuration in Preferences menu unless proxy settings.

Does any body has any suggestion?

The suggestion is that you may be working behind address translation gateway and don't have direct connection to Internet. You may consult your network administrator or service provider. Remember also that proxy is actually HTTP proxy which you seems have set. So it will not enable other protocols to connect.
