if anybody know nokia apps online shops, pls. share to all.

saying the truth, I want get to know: are there any sites,
whitch sells Symbian applications & allow other developers to join
to them( affiliates program )

There are many; Handango, Jamba, Nokia Software Market, etc.

Some sites like my-symbian.com and allaboutsymbian.com use Handango as the strore.
