Video Call using symbian 8.1

Good morning people, i want to do a video call from my symbian application.
I would like to know if some API exists to do this or, if exists a better form to do it.
I know that exists an internal application on the telephone called "videotelui" that can be invoked, but, due to the fact I don't know its parameters, it is closed automatically.

I am using nokia N90 with symbian 8.1

I thought people can read the subject of every post.
If there is explicitly written that the issue is related to the Symbian 8.1, i.e S60 2nd edition, I most likely am interested in that platform and not S60 3rd edition.

...unless you are saying that those extended libraries can be used on such an older platform - which I doubt although I haven't even tried.
