HELP! 'Telephone Already In Use' Error

My phone is continually flashjing up the above message and I cant get rid of it, no matter how many times i switch the phone off and on again.

And can someone PLEASE tell me how to set a theme that will use the wallpaper inbuilt within the theme rather than using the wallpaper previously on the phone.

I have to say this phone is currently proving to be a piece of junk.

Problem seems to have sorted itself. Suprising what stamping on a phone can do.
