video controller for opendesL

when i use controller to play video by using OpenDesL() method, it plays once .I want to use same controller for playing that video again, but in the present scenario this is not possible ,becasue controller losses all control over player after sending the paly command, I want to pass control again back to controller for doing further processing. Is it possible???
