Nokia 7370 constantly restarting

Got a problem with my new Nokia 7370. When talking or typing it restarts in the middle of it .. or sometimes I come back to the phone and find it switched off .. Took it to the dealer and they replaced it but the newer one has the same problem, but they say my firmware is the newest. Can anyone confirm if firmware V 03.52 16-12-05 RM-70 is the latest ? Thanks.

The restart problem is, I think, quite typical at least according to finnish forums in most of the Nokia mobile phones. I haven't heard any answer to that. I think you just have to live with it and remember next time when you consider which mobile phone brand to choose.

Even if they just have the same software and not any knew one it can actually help to install the same software when running into this kind of problems (when the phone switches off, reboot itself etc. if it´s not any hardware issue on those certain phones).
