Do you know where to find “Creative Theme Creation” — Template for Photoshop It is metioned in the "Creating_Themes_For_Series_40_And_S60_Devices_v2_0_en.pdf" but there is no download link.

Nokia Series 40 Theme Studio 2.0 should produce a .nth that works on the 6102, correct? I can only get my 1.2 themes to work, but it appears the 1.2 version is unable to create screensavers/animations.

Here's a crude theme I've created with the 2.0 version that fails to be recognized by my 6102.

create file *.key or *.pem

You could use makekeys.exe - command line tool, or, if You want to create theme for a S60 phone - Carbide.ui Theme Edition has a nice wizard for creating keys (launched from packaging wizard).

I search a lot to download active standby icons for Series 40 devices(Nokia 6131). Can anyone guide me where i can download these icons in gif or transparent png format etc.
