Could anyone let me know if it is possible to set the Nokia N-Gauage, N-Gauage QD, 6620 and 6600 phones into the offline mode programmatically? If yes, how?

Can we have preconfigured interfaces for Nokia devices limiting the total functions
to only what I need? If not, can these devices be configured by us, with the ability to create an "image" of the desired configuration and deploy that image to other identical devices?
