help required on syncML 1.2 conversion

Some body please help me!!!..

I need to convert syncml 1.1 ver wbxml packets to syncml 1.2 version wbxml packets

How can it be done??

Can v convert wbxml to xml, then edit the required changes to make it 1.2 ver xml and then convert back to wbxml..

If so what are the required changes to be made?? ..
