9210i mscoree.dll and APGRFX.dll not found

I'm trying to connect my Nokia 9210i with DLR-2L cable and I got these error messages:
1.
The dynamic link library mscoree.dll could not be found in the specific path C:\Program Files|Common Files\VCClient:.;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT\system;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\System32\Wbem;C:\Program Files|QuickTime\QTSystem
2.
The dynamic link library APGRFX.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\Program Files\Nokia|PC SUite for Nokia 9210i Communicator;.;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT\system;C:\WINNT\system;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\System32\Wbem;C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTSystem

I ve found the solution by myself on google 1 week ago. You re not very helpful as i thought.
