I m trying my make my own application to apply DRM " forward lock " the content (image/gif) or else BUt I only got the "drmpackager.jar" PACKAGE in " Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit 4.1 " NOT any documentation in DOCS folder

Can any one let know where can I find the dcumentation for this API.
