j2me and netbeans databases

hi guys..i'm having trouble with j2me wtk database..can somebody give me all the requirements for j2me connecting to a database. and for netbeans also..
plus how to connect j2me and netbeans to those databases

hi, upto the level i know there is not such a direct Database connectivity with database server like JDBC/ODBC in J2ME.

u have to establish HttpConnection with ur Application Server where u have to wrtie code in servlet/ASP to get data post by ur J2ME app. after u getting data from j2me in AS u can establish JDBC to database server from servlet/asp
