Sending MMS using AT Command set

Can anybody tell me how to send MMS using AT command set. my task is to send the stored/saved MMS in mobile phone. i only need to give command to mobile set to send particular MMS ...

Does AT command set support MMS? I also need AT to send or recieve MMS.

AT Command Set does support MMS.
It is AT*EAPP =<app1>[,<subfunc1>[,<text1>[,<text2>]]] and so on until the desired level app and sub functions are used.

I'm just not sure how to actually set up the destination address, be it e-mail or mobile number. Anyone else out there able to shed mor light?
