Simple working example source

I'm trying to create an app with carbide c++ but i'm having some problems.
Can anyone tell me where to find a simple example of how to create an app that displays a simple two page dialog with two (any) controls in each page?

The examples provided by the package don't cover this and are too complicated for me, i'm a C programmer not C++ (still learning ).
