Phones that support COM -port CommConnection

Hi!
I need a phone where is COM -port that can be accessed in J2ME (CommConnection) and it must also support MIDP2.0. What kind of phones you have used here? Does Nokia have such kind of phones at all?

I think Nokia 5140 is the only device as we discussed in the thread below

Nokia 5140 supports MIDP 2.0 as you may know.
