help about jsr211 that is CHAPI supported mobiles and emulators

Which mobile phones and emulators provides us to run tha J2me application using CHAPI(Content handler API).How to install an application using CHAPI.
And please help me about how to handle the contents for installing.If any example application it would be helpful.

Sun Java Wireless Toolkit 2.3 beta (it was WTK 2.3 beta) supports CHAPI, see:
