Installation security error on Symbian OS

Guys,

- I have signed midlet (Geotrust UTI Certificate by www.relq.com),
- we added this into JAD:
MIDlet-Permissions: javax.microedition.io.PushRegistry,javax.microedition.io.Connector.http,javax.microedition.media.control.VideoControl.getSnapshot
MicroEdition-Profile: MIDP-2.0
- and now phone says "Installation security error. Unable to install."

We had the same issue when date format was different. Not mm/dd/yyyy but dd/mm/yyyy. But now date format issue is fixed and Installation security error is here again.

Any helpful thoughts?

P.S. There is no such error on SE K700...

Which phone you are trying to install it on? Have you checked that the UTI certificate root is on the phone?

Phone = Nokia 6680, Certificate is present and valid. Previous version of signed midlet that doesn't contain the following text we installed successfully:

MIDlet-Permissions: javax.microedition.io.PushRegistry,javax.microedition.io.Connector.http,javax.microedition.media.control.VideoControl.getSnapshot
MicroEdition-Profile: MIDP-2.0
