Browsers Phone Number

I'm new to wml so please frogive me if this is a daft qeustion, is it possible to determine the phone that is browsings number, i want to use this as security feature on a memebers only site

You could use the MSISDN number if your carrier lets you access, it is available through the header on the user's HTTP request.

the HTTP request which can only detect the user's phone model. How about detect the user's phone number? Any example coding?
