    Hi,

I am a newbie to Symbian SDK platform and would like to get few clarifications.
We have a VoIP application implemented in C along with protocol stacks( SIP + RTP) and media subsytems( Codecs, VAD, Qos etc) tested on PC(linux) as softphone.
I am looking forward to port the entire system (including our protocol stacks and media subsystems) on Symbian.
Can I port and test my entire VoIP setup on Symbian Series 60/80 SDK with little/required modifications?
If yes, Is it possible to test the real-time functionality on SDK emulator?

    Hi Rami,

    Thanks for your response.
    We have codecs like G.711, G.729A/B, G.723.1 and G.726.
So are you suggesting that it is possible to test the realtime functionality of softphone with either of the configured codecs out of SDK emulator.

    Thanks!
