MY controlpane not activated

Hi all,
I developed video player application in this one account info dialog is there like in realone player clip details option.when ever i play the clip at the time i pause the clip and see the account info dialog and press the menu key and come back my video application and see the screen at the time my control pane not seen older options like "ok" but its seen Options and back.

When u select the pause get last frame into a bitmap and when u come back from ur dialog display the bitmap and change softkeys.
