I have a Nokia 6620 mobile phone, with v 3.14.1 02-09-2004 NHL-12 firm version.
Exist any way to upgrading the firmware of this phone?
Thanks
Only through a Nokia Service Point, but I do not know if there is a newer firmware available for your phone...

An unofficial source on the net seems to indicate a v4.22.1 dated 25-11-04 for the 6620 exists. So, a Nokia service point (in the USA) should be able to update it.
Hello and welcome to FN
New firmware may fix bugs, include new features (rarely) and may increase speed of some native applications. So a new firmware is always welcome
Btw, there is also an end user forum, which may interest you.

A new firmware version can also introduce (come with) new bugs that depending on the case might make the situation worse than it was before the upgrade. So, if the current version does an acceptable job for you, and there's nothing you really feel you need/want in the upgrade, then don't upgrade. However, if you suffer from some issues you can't live with, or rather would not, then an upgrade that potentially addresses those issues is worth a try (and sometimes the rare new features might a good reason, too).
