Is the Jpcap class library available for use with the Nokia Communicator 9500?

Hm,

Not an expert on this library, but it seems to be tied to native C libraries in both Windows and Linux. I don't know any ports of this underlying libraries (Winpcap or libjpcap.o) to the Symbian operating system. I assume it would be somewhat complex, because accessing the network subsystem so deeply in Symbian is probably something only available to Symbian or Nokia themselves.
