creating player with params

Hi,
I try to create a player - Manager.createPlayer("capture://video");
and it is working good , but once i adding some params like ?fps=7 or any ohters params I am getting "Symbian OS error: -1".

I try this on nokia 6680 and n70 .
Does any one try to use some params ? fps param ? on any phone ?

Use System.getProperty("video.encodings") to find out the supported encodings before trying to capture them. From memory fps is NOT supported.

I see that it support only encoding=video/3gpp .

Do you know any device that I can change is FPS during records ?

Do you know any ohter why to change the quality of the records ? I show in n70 that I can record in 3 diffrent qualitys (30 seconds record can be in low qulity ~280k and heigh qulialty around 1820k ).

Do you know how can I control it from j2me code ?

Only devices that support the FramePositioningControl. And there are not too many of those around. You are lucky to have video/3gpp.
