icoming calls in N70

in N70 the numbers which are not registered in contacts and no specific ringtone is assigned, then if someone calls from that number there is no ring, after a miss call.
kindly suggest how to overcome since i have missed lot of imp incoming calls

I'm not 100% sure that the patch file has fixed this issue, does anyone else miss calls when running applications that use lots of memory or are processor hungry.
