Playing .mms file in Nokia Multiamedia player

I have created a mms using NMIT (m-send-req) . I saved and named it bla.mms. Now I am trying to play it using Nokia Multimedia player. But the player crashes when I try to open this file.
Am I supposed to do things differently ? I suspect those message headers are the culprits. If so, can someone tell me what to include in the .mms file and what not to include ?

Can you please explain how you created the mms? With NMIT?What is this? Have you put your SMIL file in mms while creating it? Have you got the header file correct now? How can we create a header file? Please give me a sample code..
