Guide to Preferences Form

Hello All,

I was hoping someone would jog my memory here: I _swear_ I remember seeing an article that described the best practices (usability & implementation) for implementing a Preferences Form (Settings Screen, whatever You want to call it) on the Nokia Forum Documentation list.

Of course, now that I would really love to read it... I cannot find it anywhere. Anyone remember this one? (Couldn't have been too long, ~month)

Yeah, I had looked all over the forums (Java, Usability...). Nokia Forums needs a google appliance I'm starting to think that I saw this elsewhere... although I doubt it.
