Device Setting

Hello 2 all,

I am jignesh from india, have small doubt in mm1 protocol

i am testing one sample application iwht this protocol in that i have created one .mms file and put it on the server and form one URL!
like
www.test.com/test.mms
and send as MMS notification using nowsms and working fine
but now my question is that....
dont i need to do any setting on the device i mean to say that dont i need to give IP/server name in MMS setting opetion?
just like operator is giving mms setting?

and second when i have to do setting on the device? just like operator is doing?

i think to send or receive sms/mms/push from a PC server, you have to pay to have data forwarded to your server from the carriers SMSC gateways

costs money, but if you search on line, you'll find out what I am talking about, for instance

yeah thats true!
but we have our own SMSC and i m sending that MMSNofitication from that, and i am getting that notification, so my question is not regarding this!

my question is that, right now i am getting this notification and able to see MMS so when device use MMS setting store inside the device set by the Operator?

and when i can use my person setting? in which case i need to set setting of my server where i have put the .mms file?

wow thats cool! Sorry, not really sure about your error on sending message, I thought it would be something "simple" such as scenario I described, your much more advanced!

adding a sms or mms messaging center to a device, is usually straight forward, though some devices may have the info flashed into them, and unchangeable, such as my nokia 6010from tmobile

which device are you trying to configure? There are so many different ways of configuring the mms settings on devices, it might help to know device type.
