PLease help with my Nokia 9300i

I have Nokia 9300i. Apparently this phone has many bugs.
When I recieve phone calls from certain numbers the phone rings only once and does not ring again and in that case the phone does not allow me to answer that call.
Also when i assign to a person special ring and picture, when this person call neither the picture shows up nor the special tone rings.
Please any help??
