self signed midlet installation problem on 3250

Hello,
We have Nokia 3250 and a self signed midlet application which is installing fine on nokia N70 and showing all the four options while saving the certificate, but could find only 2 options with nokia 3250.

These 2 options doesn't include application installation which is required for installing the midlet on nokia 3250.

if anyone has a solution of how to create a signed midlet for nokia 3250 pls post a reply as soon as possible.

this is very very urgent.please.
