    Hi!

I got an N70 a few months ago and I installed the new music player on it (the one that is shipped in the music editions of various smartphones). Thing is, it doesnt "blend in" to the stand-by mode (like the original player), so i have to constantly switch to it to change tracks and what not.

So, I wanted to uninstall it - but it doesnt appear in the uninstall list...

What can I do to delete it? or at least switch back the default file-association of mp3's to the original player?
Do I need to format my device for it? and if so, how do i do that?

    thanks in advance..

Hi eido_gat! Welcome to Nokia Discussion Boards!!

In case you have missed: Try deleting the application by Going to Menu > Tools > Manager > Select the desired app and Press Left Soft Key "Options" > Remove. Please make sure that your app is closed before you are trying to delete. If still problem persists, give a try with Switch off > Switch on the phone and try the above described procedure.

    Regards
    Gopal

Sorry for jumping in but could not find this answer anywhere else.

Q: What file format/title do the album art files go by in Nokia Music Player.sis

All my mp3 albums currently use Folder.jpg but do not show in the player. I've tried the album name and other file formats but no joy thus far. Many thanks in advance for any help offered.
