List of AT-Commands for NOKIA PHONES

Maybe someone of you can help me on this problem. I would like to communicate with a self written Delphi program over RS232 with my Nokia 6210.

Please could someone of you give me a hint where I can find a list of all supported AT-commands and the related desription.
