Caller ID issue on NOKIA 5140

I have a strange issue with my nokia 5140, when someone calls the caller id dosent work, it just informs that someone is calling and that is it... i called my service provider and they said that the service is active, i put my SIM chip on another phone and the caller id was working so it must be a phone issue... i look all over the options and settings the phone has, i read the manual and i can fix this problem... no matter if i have my phone numbers on the phone, on the SIM, or on both... it just dose NOT dispaly a name or a number... ANYTHING!!!

Does this happen for all contacts or just some?

If it happens for all I suggest you contact your nearest Nokia service center for further assistance.

This happens with all incoming calls, no matter if they are in the contact list or not...

If this is fabric issue how shuld i proceed?? the problem is that this is a brand new phone, i get it a few weeks ago, should they replace the phone or just fix it?

According to Nokias warranty if seven days has passed from the purphase you need to contact a Nokia servicepoint for it to be fixed.
