Re-Install default certificates on E60

Hi Forum Members,

I have accidentally (out of desperation ?) deleted the Thawte Premium Certificate from my E60. Now the installation of Thawte Signed Applications does not work anymore. Which I suppose is acceptable behaviour :-)
But I can't re-install that certificate neither by bluetooth nor by downloading it from some web-server. The device claims that the certificate already exists ! But it is not in the certificate list !
Can I somehow re-install that certificate? Maybe doing a factory reset?

Next question would be how I can install any other root certificate (self signed or GeoTrust) on the device.

Thanks for the links, I've been through all the java signing things already and my application and signing works on the 6600.
My major problem now is to get the Thawte CA certificate back on the phone (E60) from which I accidentally deleted it.
Next, if anybody could tell me whether it is possible to install a new Root CA Certificate (GeoTrust) on that E60 so I don't have to exchange my GeoTrust certification against a Thawte certification.
