problem to load symbian program on mobile

plz tell me the detail procedure to load and run a symbian program on real mobile device.

I hav another problem...when i import .mmp of my own application in code warrior and build it,then
Error : The command line tool being called does not support paths that contain spaces. Please check your access paths (as full paths)
and watch for subdirectories in recursive paths. : C:\Symbian\9.1\S60_3rd\EPOC32\BUILD\Program Files\Carbide\symtech\symworld\group\symworld\WINSCW\symworld_Data\WINSCW_UDEB\ObjectCode\symworld_UID_.o

basically you should use SIS files to install applications into the phone.

You could have a look inot the SDK help, it should have some documentations of how to make sis files.
