reject incoming call and send CLI on GPRS

hi

I am planning to devlope code for application

1. when there is incomming call handset should reject incomming call and take CLI information
2. CLI should be transmisted to defined URL
3. handset should again wait for next incoming call

I attempted but there are problem in 1st step and not able to move forward. can any one help me ?

What did you attempt? Check the sdk doc for CTelephony, and also search the forum for related discussions.
