icons creation and Flash Lite

Hello,

I am trying to create an menu icon for Nokia 3rd edition devices. The application that I install is a Flash Lite app so it only requires the icon on the main menu to be lauched.

What is the process to create an icon? I am interested in the details, I alredy know the all concepts but I would like to know the steps and commands to be able to create one.

Also I would like to know if a self signed app can be installed with such icon or it will require a signed certificate?
