send mms from pc to mobile phone?

Hi, everyone!
I want to develop a app to send mms message from PC to a mobile phone. I have can encode a mms pdu, but I don't know how to send it, who can tell how can I do it? and if i send it out, how shall I pay for it?

Hi,

You please compose a MMS message from web then fire a Nokia's MMS Java Library Originating application. You can view an output in Epoc Emulator. If u wanna real time stuff u please ask nokia's fee based MMSC interface (Visit Nokia Developer's Hub) or any other 3rd party..
