HELP:error while compiling lib!

I'm a newer in codewarrior, now I'm compiling lib file from a mmp file, using cw 3.1 on symbian SDK3.0.
when I tried "gcce urel"(that's my real target!), it said"tool exit status == 255 EPOCROOT must end with a backslash"
If I tried "winscw udeb",then it seems all right.
I tried adding epocroot in environment variables and also tried using devices.xml and "devices" command, but the problem still exists.
Any help will be appreciated!

Check ur EPOCROOT environment variable, it should end with '\'

I have already checked this many times, it seems not the reason

I too am facing the same issue. My .lib file works fine with WINSCW target (on S60 3rd Ed) and all previous targets except for GCCE target on S60 3rd edition. If I try to build from CW IDE, I get following error message:

tool exit status == 255
EPOCROOT must end with a backslash

Any clue on what be the possible reason?
I tried setting EPOCROOT path with backslash but that doesn't help.
