Serial Number Problem

downloaded the sdk (nds_jme_v1_0.zip) and requested a serial number but the installer complains when i try and use it. any ideas?

(btw, there seem to be several ways to get to the sdk download page but only one of them has the links to request a serial number - makes it hard to find)

tried again with the 6310 sdk (n6310i_jme_sdk_v1_0.zip), requested a new serial number and THE SAME THING HAPPENED...

is it a problem with having a short username perhaps?
