mobile behaviour when memory capacity exceeded

1. sim memory is full.
2. A Mt sms arrived, mobile will send a ack with information"sim sms storage full"
3. when sim memory become available, do we need to informe sc that we are ready?

No the Mobile initially informed the SC that memory capacity has been exceeded. When you delete a stored message the mobile informs the SC automatically using a memory available notification. When the SC receives this it sends out waiting message(s)
