How can I export contacts from PC Suite 4.5 Phone Editor

Hello,

I had a Nokia phone and counted on PC Suite Ver 4.5 as backup for my contacts.

Now my phone is gone and I bought Non-Nokia phone. I want to export my contacts from PC Suite to synch them to the new phone but I can't find any export function on PC Suite.

Can My contacts be saved ?

Note: I'm sorry if this is not the right place for this post. It's the closest I could find. If it's not the right place I'd appreciate a direction.
