HELP!!! how to get the phone call when dialling

Hi,
please help,
how can getting the call number be such difficult, i cannot understand.

i want to obtain the call number when the phone is ringing or dialling.
How can i do that with the standard etel api. Or with which api for all symbian phones or for specific ones... please help i am trying for days...

is it Symbian C++ api?
try on symbian section (here is java section), there are many threads about that lib on c++ section, just use search or post new thread there,
