How to get thumbnails through Exif?

Hi,
I know Exif headers exists in JPG images.
I would be to extract thumbnail image from exif headers.
Could you tell me how to realize in j2me?
Anybody any help?

according to that threads there is no exif information in jpeg created on nokia:

you need to check that on your device yourself,
just use hint on using hidden thumbs folder to load thumbs into midlet instead,

Hidden directory called _PAlbTN does not exist here.
