    Hi All

I am using HTTP in my MIDlet.

The problem is my application asks only first time for Chossing APN.
So if user selects wrong APN by chance then he is not able to select APN again.

Can anybody tell me how to give user an option to select APN again and again in case wrong APN is selected .

    Please help me.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Manan
    Cheers,
    Manan

    Hi,

question is if this is the best solution...

Maybe you can ask only for the first time and then save the right APN and use it automaticly...

You can handle also PDP context by yourself using RConnection class and after PDP is established then pass RConnection to the HTTP api....

Isn't RConnection class a Symbian class and not a Java class?

    Hi,

I'm so sorry - RConnection is C++ one, I didn't notice you're asking abut Java...
I think that in the situation when your application is sure that selected APN is okey it should save it into configuration file and use it automatically. Anyway, such application should have configuration screen, where this APN will be displayed and user should easily delete it or select option something like "Ask for APN every time..."
