How to store logo/not send

I hope I'm not totally off topic:

Is there a way how to store a operator logo into a nokia phone without sending it as a SMS to myself?

Is there a hidden AT command for this purpose?

And vice versa:

How to download a logo or ring tone from a phone?

Nokia Suite is able to do this, so I believe there is a undocumented procedure or AT command for these purposes.

Hello!

Suite does not communicate to the phone with AT-commands. FBUS commands is being used for such a operations. FBUS is not public or open interface. Only bearer available is SMS.
